Matthew Shepherd is a Legal Assistant at Jacko Law Group, PC (JLG).

    Mr. Shepherd assists the Managing Partner, Michelle Jacko, with investment advisory and hedge fund
    formations, document creation and review and preparation of legal memorandum and guidance on
    regulatory compliance, securities, and corporate law in general.  

    Prior to joining JLG, Mr. Shepherd worked in the United Kingdom as an English attorney, where he
    represented local, national and international businesses in connection with transactional, regulatory
    and contentious business matters.  Before practicing English law, Mr. Shepherd worked
    as an FX and derivatives dealer in London.  Mr. Shepherd is delighted to combine his legal and financial
    backgrounds for the benefit of JLG's clients.

    Mr. Shepherd received his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law of England
    and Wales and a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honors from the University of Liverpool.  He maintains a
    his status as a non-practicing English solicitor.
