Ricardo Meneses serves as the Vice President, Operations at Core Compliance & Legal Services, Inc. SM (“Core Compliance”) and is a member of their Executive Management Committee. Mr. Meneses is responsible for developing growth models and spearheading efforts towards implementation of Core Compliance’s business strategies and service offerings.
As a results-driven professional, Mr. Meneses has had great success as an implementor throughout his career and established himself a reputation as a thought leader who can execute. His passion for people, process, and technology has been the foundation for his approach and he has been able to seamlessly transition into a variety of different leadership roles. He takes a hands-on approach to truly understand all aspects of the business in order to strategically advocate for not only the firm, but the clients and their service experience as well. He has demonstrated the ability to be empathetic, client centric, strategic with influence and agility. He has designed, built and executed new business models, service and operation functions and authentically developed talent through the process.
Prior to joining Core Compliance, Mr. Meneses has worked at LPL Financial in a variety of different leadership positions and at Cetera Financial group where he worked in the Corporate Strategy and Business Consulting groups. His efforts were impactful as the organizations he was accountable for experienced significant growth and client satisfaction during his tenure. He played a key role in turning around an insurance brokerage and increased employee satisfaction from 35% to 95% while leading the HR Operations & Shared Services. Most recently he was responsible for the design, launch, and management of Cetera Financial Group’s industry award winning continuity and succession service offerings.
Mr. Meneses received his undergraduate degree from the American InterContinental University and has held the FINRA Series 66, 7, and SIE – Securities Industry Essentials license. He also earned his Lean Enterprise Certificate from University of California, San Diego. Mr. Meneses has also served in the United States Marine Corps reserves.
