At Core Compliance & Legal Services, Inc. ℠ (“Core Compliance”), Ian Ruble serves as Director of Business Development, with over 14 years of experience. He specializes in strategic sales planning, new business development, market expansion, relationship management and achieving high revenue targets. His diverse, multi-industry background not only provides great value to our firm strategically, but overall, across multiple channels throughout our organization.
As Director of Business Development, Mr. Ruble plays an important role in interfacing with our prospective clients to understand their regulatory compliance needs. By collaborating with potential clients and the Core Compliance team, Mr. Ruble provides solutions for the financial industry on how to best achieve their compliance program objectives and strategically formulate a risk-based compliance solution.
Prior to joining the Core Compliance Team, Mr. Ruble held the position of Vice President of Sales for Frank Kern Inc. & Director of Sales Grant Cardone Advertising. During his time there, he developed strategic domestic and international partnerships extending over 80 countries, while managing multi-medium sales efforts. Additionally, he successfully led the organization to fulfill new corporate initiatives, which directly impacted the organization’s growth, Mr. Ruble has also previously held numerous Sales Executive roles throughout San Diego and Denver, Colorado, and has managed and overseen business operations, including extensive training and management of Sales teams. Through the years, Mr. Ruble has been a direct catalyst for corporate growth and consistently performed at the top of his division.
Mr. Ruble also served in the United States Army from 2006 to 2009.
