SEC’s Director of the Division of Enforcement Reflects on the Cooperation Program

Recently, Andrew Ceresney, Director of the Division of Enforcement for the Securities and Commission Exchange (“SEC”), spoke at the University Of Texas School Of Law’s Government Enforcement Institute in Dallas. Mr. Ceresney reflected on the five-year anniversary of the SEC’s Cooperation Program. According to the website, the Cooperation Program includes various measures designed to encourage greater cooperation by individuals and companies in SEC investigations and enforcement actions.
