Michelle will be presenting on “Embracing Change Management,” on Tuesday, October 18th along with co-panelists Deirdre Downes, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and Shawn Scholz, CCO at AE Wealth Management & AE Financial Services.
The session will discuss, among other things, formalizing and implementing change management, considerations for onboarding and offboarding clients and firm personnel, and the importance of documenting change management in annual reviews.
